( what is chill? kara does not know. she has zero chill. so little chill, in fact, that she's totally missing the fact that laurel lance is both considerably younger than she remembers her and also referring to a city that kara's pretty sure got a name change... if she remembers her lance sister history correctly, that is. totally missing all of that in favor of enthusiastic greetings. )
